Found a few sans models out there but they would not look good took the free 3d model from here and retouched it a bit to be printer friendly and also to make it look closer to the in game character imho.
When i finished undertale i decided i wanted a 3d sans but as long as i didn t like the already uploaded model i decided i wanted to do my own. This model is not intended for any comercial purposes. I do not own any of the undertale content. I wouldn t be surprised if someone ends up using these low poly models for a more advanced fangame.
